Pretty Properties is wonderful. They were there when I bought my first home, and now they’re here helping me sell it. Robin is a southern snapdragon, and she knows how to find what you need. I gave her a small list of things I wanted, my price range, and she nailed it!! Now with gloves off comes Beth to sell my house.

As a first time buyer and now a first time seller, I am nervous. But they answer your emails, even if you’re just saying “hey, did I miss anything today?” They answer your calls and call you back.

We moved to VA in late-2018. Our realtor in Ohio did a lot of research to find us the best realtor in this area. Beth was recommended more times than anyone else and there was a reason. She is the best hands down. She helped us navigate a rough inspection report for a home we loved. But what I appreciated most was she fought to get us the best with the home we ultimately purchased. She was tactful but made sure as her clients we were getting the best of everything. And she treats you like family. We still hear from her after all this time. Highly, highly recommend Beth and her team!

Beth Pretty and Robin Austin are one of the best buying and selling teams I have ever met. Beth put our minds at ease after several poor realtor experiences when we signed with her. She includes in her pre-listing package a pre-inspection and staging of your home, as well as top notch photography, to provide you an upfront start to a successful sale. Robin must have shown us 50 homes and knew what we were looking for for our new home. She was available day and night and reminded us “ not to settle”. We cannot say enough about Pretty Properties. A great group to work with. They were very dedicated to helping me find the house I needed. Showed me homes in several areas, spent hours with me while investigating. When I selected what I wanted they helped me finalize the buy. A great group in helping me a lot.

Boy, has December been a crazy month, but I’m finally sitting down to write reviews. Beth and the team were amazing professionals throughout our selling and buying process. We had only owned one home and had never sold it. Beth sat with us at the beginning and walked us through everything better than any other agent we had spoken to. Her “educator” approach was awesome and she and the team were available throughout the process to answer questions as they came up.

As we got down to the wire buying our next home she was an outstanding negotiator and made sure we got everything we were supposed to. She was a strong advocate for us with our sellers.

The whole process of selling a home and buying the next was great. All things considered, it was easy thanks to Beth and her team. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.
